We are now looking for a talented product manager to join our product team. At this job, you will have the opportunity to take full ownership of one of the company’s flagship products. You will collaborate with tech teams, and marketing and be part of the decision-making process.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performance, user-centric comparison products.
  • Build the product lifecycle and feature development strategy, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, execution, measurement, roadmap development, and ongoing product optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to prioritize features and deliver on the product roadmap.
  • Set standards and guide A/B split testing to optimize user experiences and drive conversion rates.
  • Develop and prioritize the product roadmap, initiate new features to meet the partners and business objectives.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and iterate on product improvements.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve features over time.
  • Communicate product updates, priorities, and roadmap to stakeholders and leadership.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in product management in the B2C web product industry.
  • Experience in comparison sites, gaming, trading or ad tech – A big advantage.
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering user-oriented features.
  • Proven experience in market research, competitive analysis, and product optimization strategies.
  • Experience in setting and implementing A/B testing standards to drive performance improvements.
  • Extensive experience working with Google Analytics and other site analysis tools.
  • Independent and execution-oriented attitude with the ability to drive people and processes.
  • Strong analytical mind and performance-driven work ethic.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
