We are seeking a talented and driven Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this role, you will take ownership of developing and launching new products and features across our comparison sites, while driving improvements in user experience and conversion rates. Acting as a key focal point, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from digital marketing, business development, and R&D, playing a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performance, user-centric comparison products from concept and research to launch. 
  • Build the product lifecycle and feature development strategy, including market research, competitive analysis, planning, execution, performance measurement, and ongoing product optimization.
  • Write and oversee professional content and microcopy to support high conversion.
  • Set standards and manage A/B testing to optimize user experience and drive conversion.
  • Initiate new features that align with partners and business objectives.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, digital marketing, and business development, to prioritize features and ensure delivery of the product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in product management or related roles within the B2C web product industry.
  • Experience in comparison sites, gaming, trading, or ad tech is a significant advantage.
  • Proven track record in understanding user motivation and delivering user-centric solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in market research, competitive analysis, and product optimization strategies.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve performance.
  • Strong content writing skills, with a hands-on approach to content creation and management.
  • Independent, execution-oriented attitude with a strong ability to drive people and processes effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a performance-driven work ethic.
  • High-level proficiency in English, both verbal and written (must).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
