This role is a combination of leading and hands-on, this is your opportunity to level up your career! In this role, you’ll have to mentor and empower the acquisition team and play a key role in driving growth. You’ll wear two hats: implementing new practices and improving processes while also managing the company’s most strategic accounts on advertising platforms. You will be reporting to the VP of Growth, and work collaboratively to set targets and KPIs. Additionally, you’ll partner with product, tech, and design teams to elevate the department’s work.


  • Mentor and support the acquisition team professionally, implement new practices, and improve processes.
  • Own and manage the company’s strategic accounts on multiple advertising platforms.
  • Work closely with the VP of Growth to set and meet numerical CPA and acquisition volume targets for the team.
  • Analyze campaigns’ performance, identify strategic opportunities, facilitate change to hit and exceed company expectations and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities.
  • Run ongoing A/B Testing on different activity parameters including creative, landing page and others.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building and maintaining global B2C user acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience at Google Ads & Bing– Must.
  • Experience in the online comparison landscape- Strong Advantage.
  • Acquaintance with web analytics systems – Advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable producing daily data reports with high proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.).
  • Excellent English level- mandatory (an additional language is an advantage).
  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practice.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or other analytical field.
