We’re looking for a young and energetic Performance Campaign Manager to join our high-growth User Acquisition team and make a real impact on the growth of a leading company. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital use acquisition campaigns 
  • Analyze and optimize your campaigns and reach new ROI peaks
  • Initiate A/B testing and experiments to gain new insight
  • Monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve KPIs
  • Manage account P&L and work to increase spend budget 
  • Collaborate with the product and design teams to enhance the marketing funnel and unlock additional growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in online marketing- Must
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Search Ads and other paid search platforms
  • Exceptional proficiency in English
  • Strong analytical skills, and high proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or other analytical field
  • Independence, proactive energy, quick learning ability, enthusiasm for the performance  marketing field
