Seperia builds and operates global fintech review sites. From 2003, we have been driving millions of sales to our partners (advertisers). We do it by focusing on value added content, wrapped within an engaging web product and matched with high intent traffic.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who can thrive in a dynamic environment and help us grow the company while shaping a positive and productive culture.

There is flexibility in the scope of the job (50%-60%)


What You Will Do:

· Recruitment

  • Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their objectives and hiring needs
  • Develop the recruitment strategy and creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and hiring for all level positions
  • Create employment contracts and manage other hiring tasks

· HR & Welfare:

  • Responsible for the full employee life cycle, on boarding to off boarding, and for HR and people related questions in between
  • Initiate and manage company events and fun activities
  • Responsible for employee engagement, training and development and ensuring cultural alignment
  • Consult and work closely with managers on miscellaneous tasks
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues


What You Need:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience recruiting and placing employees (recruiting in the field of Online Marketing – Advantage)
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English & Hebrew
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-interface environment
  • Strong orientation to an online environment, with good familiarity in social media – Advantage
