Join our team in a flexible, freelance role, working alongside our lead designer to create impactful marketing and digital product assets. You’ll help design banners, website elements, and user interface components that bring our brand to life. Responsibilities:
- Developing design elements and assets for the Marketing and Product team such as banners for different platforms, pop-ups, logos, icons, tables and social media assets while maintaining the brand’s language.
- Update and improve website pages due to product needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, refine, and execute projects that meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Web design, Ux/Ui design.
- Design portfolio showcasing a variety of impactful marketing assets.
- A high level of proficiency using Figma and Adobe’s Creative Suite (an emphasis on Photoshop and Illustrator, familiarity with After Effects is a plus).
- Strong understanding of typography, hierarchies and building different responsive tables.
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of UX/UI principles.
- Ability to work on product details and understanding of the design system and developer’s needs.
- A proven track record in designing banners, landing pages, social posts, PPTs, inhouse HR needs.
- A versatile designer that can master different design styles and to provide new ideas.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Receptive of feedback and creative thinking.
- Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
