We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations and bookkeeping up to trial balance. The role involves working with advanced financial systems, handling global clients, and managing complex financial processes in a multi-currency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currency ERP system, including preparing payments to vendors.
  • Managing accounts payable (AP), including reconciliations and expense tracking.
  • Billing for global customers, handling accounts receivable (AR) reconciliation.
  • Responsible for collection processes and follow-ups.
  • Managing deferred revenues and deferred expenses.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card transactions, including processing and uploading bank statements.
  • Reconciliation and processing travel reports and employee reimbursements.
  • Supporting month, quarter, and year-end closing procedures.
  • Performing multi-currency bookkeeping and working with global stakeholders.
  • Performing ad-hoc financial tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper, up to trial balance.
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One – mandatory.
  • High-level English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
  • Strong Excel skills – mandatory.
  • Experience working with global companies – an advantage.
  • Technological approach and ability to work with various affiliate financial systems.
  • Accuracy with great attention to detail.
  • Service-oriented with a can-do attitude.
  • Curious and eager to learn.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
